Subscription explained

Our subscription includes four different phases of the Easy Garden. In the first phase, our garden planners discuss the needs, wants and expectations of the interested care home. From there on a layout planning of the garden is made using our layout planning software, you can see it by watching the video below. In this program the modular components can be placed in different configurations. This will be used to make the perfect garden for every specific care home. After that, the needed components for their garden are selected in our warehouse.

In the next phase, the garden gets installed by our staff members. They install the garden and make sure everything is working as intended.

When the garden is installed the actual gardening can begin. For this, we provide safe and elderly-friendly tools and a number of seeds per planter per year, those seeds can be picked out on our website and get delivered to the care home. When a part of the garden breaks or does not work properly anymore the care home can contact us via the app or the website, and our maintenance team is coming to fix the problem within one workweek. With our service an app is provided, more information on the app can be found here. When help is needed with gardening our app can be used to contact a gardener.

When the care homes end the subscription with Easy Garden the whole garden gets disassembled and picked up by our team. The components get transported back to the warehouses, where they will be cleaned and checked whether they can be used again for another garden or that they need to be recycled.

The payment

The subscription is on a yearly basis for the first year. This means the garden has to be used for at least one year, after this period the subscription can be extended for a certain amount of time chosen by the care homes. The payment can be made yearly or monthly this is up to the care homes.
